If information is false, misleading, incomplete, or indicates that the investigation may be sought for an unlawful or improper purpose, Blue Dog Investigations may decline, suspend, modify, or terminate the assignment, subject to any applicable agreement and law.
6. Prohibited Website Conduct

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Indemnification
